An Amtrak yard move is seen traveling toward Chicago Union Station on a snowy morning in March of 2026. The move consists of AMTK EMD GP38-3 No. 751, a Budd Company Amfleet I Cafe Car, a CAF USA Viewliner II baggage car and a Pullman-Standard Superliner I Sleeper. This little move is a good representation of the wide variety of equipment types, ages and liveries currently operating across Amtrak.
