To pick up a big rock with normal Chunky, set it down near an area where Hunky Chunky is forced to revert to normal Chunky. Then step into the "forbidden" area and approach the rock. Just before you change back to normal Chunky, press B to pick up the rock. You'll be carrying it around with normal Chunky. This is an old glitch from David Wonn's site.
Once you're carrying the big rock, you can take it to the five-door temple. Set it down in the right place and you'll be able to reach the roof with a backflip. Lanky and Tiny can reach the roof the same way. Then just use the C-up glitch to get inside the building and walk to the room you want to go to.
