Unreal Niagara - Tentacle effect with physics simulation (teaser)  @EnriqueVenturaGames

Inspired by some of the effects in Returnal, I made a quick niagara simulation in Unreal. Some notes:

- Unless other similar tutorial effects, the particles are persistent and respond to interactions in a more believable way
- In the video there are 24 tentacles with 75 nodes each, for a total of 1800 particles
- The game thread takes between 0.1 and 0.2 milliseconds
- The render thread between 0.2 and 0.3 milliseconds (mesh no optimized)
- Uses a convergent constraint algorithm to solve the links between nodes
- Rendered using meshes (will update to ribbons in next video)
- Uses GPU distance fields for collision detection
- Still missing features, I've only put a few hours on this :)
