Summary:
The Cascade Particle Editor from earlier versions of Unreal still exists in Unreal 5. However it will be eventually removed, this may be important for anyone transferring over or migrating projects from older versions of Unreal to have their Particle systems still available as they work to re-create/transfer them to Niagara.
