I'm living on Hawai'i's Big Island for a few months, and didn't bring my own brewing equipment. But I came upon some really delicious coffee and want to brew it up right. So what do I do? Find out how James Hoffmann would brew it! His Ultimate V60 Technique was really helpful to me a few months ago, so now I'm trying this brew method.
