Unlock the Season 6 Battle Pass Weapons in ONE GAME! (All 5 New MW2 Weapons & How to Unlock them)
During Season 6 there is going to be a total of 5 new weapons being added to the game and in this video we’re going to take a look at what they are and how to go about unlocking them.
So once Season 6 begins tomorrow 3 of these new weapons will be available to unlock through the Battle Pass whether you actually purchase it or just level up the free version.
In sector F4 is the ISO 9mm SMG which is essentially the same as the ISO 45 that we have at the moment except it has 9mm ammo by default
The second weapon is the TR-76 Geist assault rifle which you might remember as the Tar-21 from the original Modern Warfare 2 or the Ram-7 from MW 2019. This rifle will be unlocked in sector F7.
The third weapon is the Dual Kamas Melee weapon which kinda look like mini dual sythes, These will be unlockable through sector F18
We actually got our first look at the entire Battle Pass Map this morning, So we can see just how many tokens it’s going to take to reach these weapons and get them unlocked.
So if you either purchase the standard battle pass or you don’t buy it at all and plan to level up the free version of it, We can see from the starting point here at F1 that it’s going to cost 20 battle pass Tokens to open up F1, F5, F6 and then F7 to unlock the TR-76 Assault Rifle.
Then from here you’ll need another 15 tokens to Unlock F2, F3 & then F5 to unlock the Iso 9mm SMG.
Depending on which weapon you want to unlock first you can do this whichever way you want to and the amount of tokens needed will still remain the same.
For the new melee weapon on the other hand, We can see that this is right across the other side of the battle pass map so this is going to take a lot longer, at minimum costing you 40 battle pass tokens if you wanted to go for that weapon unlock straight for it.
If you do get the Black Cell version of the Battle Pass tho then you’re going to be able to start opening up the map from not only F1 but also from the Black Cell sector up the top here next to f11 and f20.
If you’re on playstation you’ll get 25 battle pass tokens included with the blackcell version which will give you the opportunity to unlock all 3 weapons at once, If you’re not on playstation then you’ll get 20 tokens with the blackcell version which will allow you to choose 2 of them to unlock straight away.
We can see in sector f10 that there is a blueprint for the ISO 9mm, In sector F20 there's a blueprint for the TR-76 Assault Rifle and then near that in sector F18 is the new melee weapon unlock.
So if you have 20 black cell tokens what you could do is open up F11, F10 and F20 to unlock the blueprints for both new weapons and you could then extract with these blueprints in DMZ to unlock the base version, Or say if you’re more keen on the Melee weapon and the Assault Rifle then you can unlock F20, F19 and F18 which will give you the blueprint to extract with and the melee weapon which will instantly unlock.
If you’re on playstation with your 25 black cell tokens you’ll be able to open up all of these sectors, to unlock all 3 of the new weapons.
Now In about 3 weeks time with Season 6 Reloaded, a DOOM themed bundle will be coming to the store which is going to include a chainsaw melee weapon and a blueprint for the Lockwood shotgun which has a new attachment on it, effectively turning it into a new weapon.
It’s unknown if this new attachment will be specific for the bundle weapon or weither we’ll actually be able to unlock it for the lockwood separately but this trigger attachment is going to allow both bullets from the shotgun to fired at the same time which sounds like alot of fun.
The Chainsaw tho will be specific for the doom bundle and won’t have a separate unlock challenge.
