In response to the accusation of poaching, Unite's Stuart Davies told GBC he thought this was 'a bit of a distraction' on part of the GGCA. 

Mr Davies said he doesn't want the members of Gibraltar Bus Company Ltd to be 'caught in the crossfire' of this issue.

He added there are some very genuine issues within the GBCL that need resolution, and that should be the priority.
