Businesses based outside Gibraltar are being reminded they must register before providing services under the new Treaty arrangements.
The Government says the Treaty does not provide for the free movement of services and has set up a new compliance team to enforce Gibraltar's registration and licensing requirements.
John Paul Fa of the Office of Fair Trading told our reporter Kevin Ruiz, compliance will be monitored by a dedicated Business Compliance and Enforcement Team.
