A versatile prefabricated leave-in-place screed rail system, provides a guide for the screeding mechanism being used to install the screed. The system ensures straightness and flatness tolerances of screeds with depths from 70 mm to 120 mm and enables construction of superflat screeds. It allows continues height adjustment by use of the installation feet. With addition of a plastic TOPEXTENDER the height can be increased to 135 mm and a stable base can be provided for running any type of screeding mechanisms along. UNIRAIL 70-120 with installation feet is especially suitable for construction of metal composite decks and also for installation to any kind of hard surfaces.
