I think I found a way to differentiate normal no-continue runs with secret boss encounter runs. If I make it through the game having not lost a single match (not round, match), it's a one-shot (which is what I'm reclassifying the Honda playthrough as). If I fulfill the conditions to fight a secret boss and never lose a round once, that's when I consider it a clean sweep. (it doesn't count if I lose a round against Akuma, then it's just a one-shot) Hopefully that clears up some confusion.
That said, only one fighter left for SFIV.
