On this video I smoke up a meatloaf on my UDS! I used a combo of B and B oak briquettes and oak lump with some chunks of hickory! I also got to use my new baffle plate from www.udsparts.com! The baffle plate worked very well and I am looking forward to using it more! Oh and the Tailgaters BBQ Party Rub was fantastic on this loaf! This UDS is really putting out some awesome food and is super fun to cook with! I encourage anyone who is on the fence to build yourself one.
