Ubiquiti UDM Pro Security Features and Web Filtering have been upgraded and more features were introduced. there is still a long way to go for Ubiquiti with Security Features and Web Filtering in general, but things are starting to look a lot better.
Although Ubiquiti UDM Pro Security Features and Web Filtering are also available for the UDM-Base device, the major difference is the amount of throughput they can withstand while all Security Features and Web Filtering are turned on. the UDM-Base can hold up to 850Mbit/s and the UDM Pro can hold up to 3Gbit/s of filtered traffic.
Ubiquiti UDM Pro Security Features are really a "no brainer". they "cost" almost nothing in regards to system performance and provide much needed added security posture.
