Zombie Hover up there and heal with Tingle Tuner, then get Makar up there. Then, pile bombs in the spot I did, then right on the frame before the first bomb explodes, plant the seed with Makar. Makar getting grabbed advances it one frame, and the bomb explodes, freeing him long enough for you to smack those Floor Masters around.
