If you die during the Hurricane Spin Tutorial you can escape with it lol.
You also keep your knight's belts. Not useful unless you want to sell them for 50 rupees total.
This saves 10s assuming you already have 1/4 hearts (which you don't since Orca gives you a heart piece right before this in hundo).

As usual for these incredibly difficult trick I have no shame splicing them.
This requires storing the first goddess cube cutscene (by striking it and looking away before the cutscene starts).
Both lava hops are frame perfect, the mid-air jumpslashes seem to be frame perfect as well. Triggering the second goddess cube cutscene from afar here is also very precise, were lucky its even possible.
