An 18-year-old woman is on life support after being stabbed in the temple during a fight at an apartment complex in Houston early Thursday morning. Police said the victim and a 20-year-old woman, who is now in custody and cooperating with investigators, had attended a pool party together before returning home and arguing over a boy. The dispute initially turned into a fistfight and appeared to end, but investigators say the victim later followed the suspect into her apartment, where the altercation resumed and the victim was stabbed. She ran from the apartment, collapsed in a nearby parking lot, and was aided by neighbors before being transported by Houston Fire Department crews to a hospital in critical condition. The investigation remains ongoing.
