A couple of small upgrades to my livestream setup: a Neewer camera cooling fan to help with overheating, and a plug-and-play teleprompter to improve eye contact without making the whole setup more annoying.

Neither of these is glamorous, but both solve real problems. The camera fan helped keep my overhead camera running during a 4K livestream, and the teleprompter made it much easier to read notes and follow the chat while still looking into the camera.
I also ran into one important issue with lens size, so this is not a perfect “buy it without thinking” recommendation — but for my setup, these were exactly the kind of boring tools that make a creator workflow better.
