This is the second (and concluding) part of a two part episode.
We woke up to the forecasted heavy and light rain and so packed up early and headed back out on the route.
We left the hills behind and then out along the estuary to eventually reach the coast at Both.
The weather was then kind to us and cleared for the afternoon but the terrain was not so forgiving!
Having never walked a coastal path before it was a bit of a ‘baptism of fire’ for me!
As I mentioned during the walk, for me was a training exercise for an upcoming expedition to walk the Great Glen Way in Scotland to raise monies for Cleobury Compassionate Communities so please head on over to the Just Giving Page and ‘throw us a bone’.
