Managed to slip out for last cheeky wild camp on the Long Mynd just before the Christmas festivities begin.
Decided not to go lightweight as it was a short walk and so took along a new stove namely a Lixada portable folding firebox. Didn’t go exactly to plan but did add a nice bit of character to the evening.
I was accompanied by the legend himself #embraceit Dave Outdoors and we had a great evening chatting round the fire and put the world to rights. Weather turned a bit wet in the morning but what do you expect camping with Dave Outdoors!! we were up early and back in time for tea and medals!!!
