Last year I asked my community what they thought was the absolute BEST video game song of all time was and Twilight of the Gods from Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentina was the 19th top result! I'll be counting down to #1 over the next few months!

I was very excited to take on this track because it felt initially pretty familiar to me, but man was there a ton of absolutely insane lines to play here. I already had made the decision to try and replicate the massive feeling of the original without the choir, and I couldn't really compromise on not playing all of the lines I could. I was nervous initially about the 16th note triplet line in the beginning and I can safely say that it was definitely as hard to pull off as it looked.

I was really looking forward to trying to replicate the same film style of my original videos, with wide angles for Rhythm Guitar and Bass and close up for Leads and it's crazy how I almost found it easier to edit returning to my old style even though I was working with less video files. Hope you guys dig it!
