I was so excited to see the Korone metal cover recieved so well. I like many others fell into the rabbit hole of Hololive back in 2020 and derived a lot of enjoyment from watching these silly anime girls play games and joke in a language I could barely understand. The charisma and entertainment was unmatched and completely new and I found myself becoming fans of so many Holos. Pekora was among the three I got into first after watching her play Mario 64 with Okayu. I loved her attitude and really loved watching her other streams that were translated.

The thing that really drew me in though was this BGM. Her music was so catchy that it's no suprise it gets the joke that it's "Brainwashing". It's so cheery and fun that I've had it stuck in my head for almost a year now, and whenever I get a song stuck in my head, usually the best way to reign it in is to spend a week with it by making a cover of it. It's looking like it didn't help because I'm still humming it while I write this.

I know this isn't technically video game music, but I hope you'll indulge me this week and enjoy this silly tune and my attempt to make it go way harder than anyone intended. Enjoy!
