1. In the top left map of Veilstone, do 31212 tweak with 4th gear
2. From there, go next to the Abyss from on top of the higher ground and from in front of the house
3. Ride east and go to the right side of the sign and go 3N
4. Refresh graphics and push down

This Void is used in entering the Beta Great Marsh.
