There are lots of other beta areas in the game in addition to the Beta Great Marsh. One example could be this house in Oreburgh that has an additional beta floor. The room itself isn't accessible without using cheats to walk through walls.
These are the lines the two say in this beta room:
- "You remind me so much of the time I got my first Pokémon."
- "The coal mine here's fully automated. Coal mining was brutally hard in the old days, but not anymore!"
