Here's the 20 second TV Guide television ad for the issue covering April 8-14, 1978, with the sitcom "Alice" depicted on the cover, and stories about Vic Tayback and boxing inside. Taylor Grant supplies the familiar voiceover.
The percolating, computery music, btw, is NOT the same as the theme to "In the News," the minute-long news-for-kids segment that would air as Saturday morning cartoons were ending in the 1970's and 80's. (I checked.)
