Joe attempted to have the cage fighter get mad and beat me up so he could get the whole business. Eric wanted to kill Joe literally said that, and went into a mental hospital. He claimed he had another partner and wanted out so I offered to carry his school to the new location while he went to rehab. Someone told him I was stealing his clients, any one want to guess who that was? and he showed up from the hospital in my class and started demanding changes be made.
The deal we had all made was to have a meeting before anything else went forward as no papework was signed yet. Joe had gone on vacation this first 9 days while Eric was in the rehab program. Joe and I had agreed to give Eric his $1000 back if he wanted out.
Instead, Eric became aggressive and hostile, threatened me if i did not leave, re=arranged the whole place HIS WAY instead of as a partner, even as he demanded his $1000 back. Idiot.
Joe agreed he could not stay, you can hear him at the end of the video confirming this. But when I said I had my $500, broke Joe did not have his.
I deescalted the situation that night, even though Eric had a knife in his hand, as he thinks like a homeless street thug and not a legal business owner. I was not going to call the cops on a black man in Oakpark! I see he is even celebrating himself as a "black owned business" now too....he didn't do shit to move us in, has no business license and his insurance is not valid because they are all using drugs.
I made him promise in front of his whole crew that if I gave him my key, it was for him to move out and I would have his $1000 the next day. Turned out he had no other options and he burned me, his only partner. So his whole crew are guilty of this theft and extortion. as they are still enjoying the gym Joe and I negociated while he said he was moving on.
When we had our meeting two days later, Eric had a knife in his hand AGAIN when I arrived and noone took my story serious. Joe was so scared he wore a concealed firearm too. I just had a folding chair. Joe said our origional contract was void, and he was goona be King now. They offered me part of my job, the hard work part, but none of the authority and no night slots to train in. I said forget it, you can have this place, I asked one question, is Eric still getting rehab help and Joe's henchmen father in Law balled up his fists and ran at me so I held up my folding chair and fled the door.
