Happy Thanksgiving! Yes, some of us still celebrate Thanksgiving, and staunchly refuse to call it Brown Thursday, or to stand in endless lines with idiots at Walmart.
I smoked a little 10 pound Butterball, and served it with scalloped potatoes (stolen from Hilah Johnson), baked Butternut squash (stolen from Stacey), stuffing by Stovetop, deviled eggs, and a spinach salad. It was excessively yummy, and I ate so much I waddled around in a semi-coma for the rest of the day.
