A test converting PAL to NTSC with some Tugs footage. The time simulators (thanks to Knapfordmaster98 for helping me find them), represent each frame. The one on the left runs at 25fps, and was converted with the video. The one on the right runs at 29.97 fps, and was layered on after the video was converted to NTSC.
