A test at converting NTSC Salty's Lighthouse footage from faux 29.97fps to HD at 24fps. I had to apply 4% speedup to allow for the frame duplication that the footage went through when it was originally converted to NTSC from its original PAL format. Done with Sony Vegas and Pinnacle Studio.
