As I did last year, I'm making a 4th of July celebration video.This year is a restoration of the TUGS 4th of July parade. I used color correction, a sharpener, and a de-interlacer. Also, thanks to Unknownthomasfan1 for supplying me with some NTSC TUGS footage!
