Got the multi-region VCR in the mail today, and hoped to do some TUGS trasnsfers, but sadly, that didn't happen. A couple of pieces actually became loose during shipping, so this VCR can get the tape out of the cassettes, and even when I take off the ends, exposing the tape, the heads don't move it. I plan on taking it to a VCR repair shop sometime.
