It's actually surprisingly hard to listen to Ramattra's broadcast in this mission, since it's meant to be background noise. If you stand still for too long, the game kicks you, which is more strict that the automatic idle kick system in Team Fortress 2. It's possible to mute character voices, because Ramattra's broadcast is categorized as environmental/ambient sound, but there's still weapon and enemy sounds that drown it out. Luckily, the only line I missed when waiting around (as Sojourn) was the last sentence, and the last sentence is clearly heard when I play as Genji.
