4-7-8 Breathing is a simple and calming Breathing Exercise to help calm a busy mind, 478 acts as simple mindfulness meditation to help us get out of our own head and allow us to relax, reduce anxiety and fall asleep.

Inhale in through the nose, and out through the mouth, use this exercise to get your body into a state of rest and digest (relax) which will help you fall into a lovely deep sleep.

This exercise has all graphics in red because these have the least amount of blue light, blue light is problematic for sleep, so we want to stay away from this as much as possible in the evenings.
