Troy police have an arrest warrant for Kean Wiggins after a woman later died from a shooting police said he carried out.

Police said 35-year-old Kean Wiggins is wanted in the homicide of 34-year-old Shardonay Tyce. They said Tyce was shot by Wiggins and died after several days of intensive treatment.
