It's sad that many adults with learning difficulties, especially, like pets. Lynnette Harral Johnson is a 70 year old learning difficulties adult, obese and unable to walk. She's arrogant and uses the 'N' word with impunity. People, including the RSPCA, aren't interest in preventing animal cruelty by vetoing pet keeping/breeding when in the custody of learning disabled, without monitoring. We can't condemn learning disabled for their harsh animal treatment: like others Lynette Harral-Johnson is a type of learning difficulties victim whereby a total absence of compassion is also a symptom. Autistic? Having no psychiatry training is a fact about us; who have uploaded this movie, but it is obvious to any untrained and normal thinking person that there's definitely something wrong with dogs being kept in cages for most of the time. When they shit or piss in their cage, they go without food/water or get hit with a grab stick.
This very sick woman, Lynnette Harral Johnson, gets a state pension, the maximum amount of Incapacity Benefit and Disability Living Allowance, so could easily afford the services of a professional dog walker. When asked, Lynette's justification was that a dog walker couldn't be trusted to prevent dogs from eating something that would cause harm and the consequent vet bills. Dogs, at the distress of their 'people', tend to eat animal droppings. It's arguable that keeping animals in cages and zero exercise causes more detriment to dogs' health. On occasion the RSPCA visited the address in St Leonards-On-Sea, East Sussex, but no action was taken, although an officer did instruct that water, absent during the visit and for most of the time, must be provided. The up-loader (me) has witnessed dogs being thrown hard against the wall and being hit with a stick. At the time of writing, the female dog is pregnant, so the abuse continues unabated. This 'lady' deserves to be banned from keeping animals. Maybe this upload will bring about some urgently needed changes, hopefully.
