Il primo trailer rimaneggiato che ho visto è stato il tuo di Twilight con SW, quindi quando mi è venuta quest'idea ho subito pensato a te...non so se ti piace questo film, ma almeno SW ce l'abbiamo in comune di sicuro =) scusami tantissimissimissimo, non mi posso dimenticare di te, anzi ti dovrei raccontare un mucchio di cose...stiamo facendo la rivoluzione a scuola e ne sono successe parecchie! Spero che dopo questa tremenda interrogazione le cose si distendano un pochino...mi mancano davvero tanto le nostre lettere e conversazioni, anche brevi, su msn!
This video pretty came out of nowhere, but I kind of like how it came out :) it's my first try at a glimpse of lip-synching so it's not very good at that...some parts are okay, and some are not; anyway, I had to do it because this film has been stuck in my head all week long ever since I saw it, I really really liked it but couldn't edit with it because I forgot the dvd at my father's...so after seeing several reimagined versions of the trailer here on YT (my favourite being youtube.com/watch?v=yX6l9jwfcgo , Merlin/Morgana have become my 2nd OTP! *.*) I decided to go for my own. Hope you like it! Not sure how well SW can fit with a medieval romance, but surely Anakin/Padmé have this element of forbidden love which is really reminiscent of Tristan and Isolde (and at the very least this gave me an excuse to vid them!).
(On a sidenote: I even made up a -pretty rushed- Obidala manip! o.o who would have ever thought :D)

Hiya all!
Alternate title to this video: me getting my hands back on manipping and frustrating the hell out of myself (as if exam session wasnt frustrating enough on its own). Also, dedicated to Anouk (Ilovehertjes) because of a FB conversation we had some time ago, and because shes probably one of the two or three people among my subscribers who will actually know who these folks are ^-^
For the rest, this lovely couple is from Telltales Game of Thrones videogame series, which Ive started playing while suffering from withdrawal symptoms after s5 ended (in that HORRIBLE way T T *hugs bb Jon*). The game is set between the ending of s3 and s4 of the series, and has you playing as several members of House Forrester (Stark bannermen) as they struggle to keep their House from ruin and abuse by their neighbours in the aftermath of the Red Wedding. Needless to say, Ive soon become completely engrossed with the story and the characters (BAD, bad move, as this is GOT and therefore everyones going to die painfully, I can feeeeeeeel it in my bones ; ;). Episode 5 is going to be out in a couple of days, and I feel like Im breathing anxiety!
Anyway, in the midst of all the tension, GOT politics and family drama, I found myself totally shipping these two, hence the video where I have tried to incorporate a bit of fancasting for them, too! Rodrik is the eldest child and heir to House Forrester and was initially presumed dead, but actually survived the massacre at the Twins (even if he got badly wounded and scarred); while Elaena was his one-time betrothed and her House used to be a strong ally to the Forresters before the War of the Five Kings erupted. When the game actually gave the option to kiss her while playing as Rodrik I think I squealed like a madwoman ♥ I guess I just have a weakness for childhood sweethearts growing into partners and lovers and where the man has a physical condition (*coughs in Richanne*)...

Not sure what this video is (the only sure thing is that it should probably be titled Vale sucks at typography), but at least its something...and its Star Wars! I feel like Ive neglected this fandom awfully, but my love for it has never and *will* never go away - despite the fact that I have my big fat issues with TFA. Why am I vidding it then, youll ask? Because I thought the characters in it were quite brilliant and have a lot of potential, but the plot of the film was the laziest ever (parallels are my favourite thing in the world, but not to the point of almost downright copying sequences from the other movies...) and some things didnt make sense to me, even though I wont ramble about it unless asked. I hope the next films can resolve some of the issues I had with this first one, and expand on the characters potential, and especially on these two here, who are still the most intriguing to me ^-^
As for the way I see them, I am not jumping on the shipping bandwagon I saw developing here on YT where Ben/Kylo and Rey are concerned, because I still fancy the idea that they are siblings (the film really seems to point to Rey being Lukes, but it seemed a bit *too* obvious to me...plus I would love it if they were siblings, it would make their clash even more epic and it would be a nice nod to the not-canon-anymore Jacen and Jaina Solo). This song perhaps isnt the best to portray their struggle, but I suppose what I wanted to underline is that Ben/Kylo is not that villainous as he wants to appear, and a part of him realizes he has put himself on a path of suffering of his own choosing; and that my hope is that if Rey has to follow in Lukes footsteps, then she might as well become the one who believes he can be turned back. For now well just have to wait and see where the scriptwriters will take them :)

Im about to leave again, so again here it is another vid for MVT made overnight...and omg, I really cant believe Im uploading this, because I seriously hate it so much :( all I could manage was this random plot idea, I really wasnt inspired ^^ anyway, I am REALLY grateful to have been allowed to go this far into the contest, I wouldve never thought it possible, and to me its already a big result. So thanks to the judges again, and good luck to everyone!
This plot should be fitting into the middle of season 3, surely after episode 5 where Morgana knows shes Uthers daughter and therefore she and Morgause start plotting to kill Arthur off.
Ive always liked the idea of Merlin being, for once, the one enchanted and having to fight against himself for that reason...so here it is, (lame) plotline! The two magical sisters manage to cast a powerful spell on Merlin, to try to take control of him and make him act as they wish; that way they could easily get close to the prince through his manservant, and meanwhile get rid of the one always ruining their plans. Morgana initially has Merlin spying on Arthurs documents for her; Merlin does realize somethings wrong with him, but no matter how he fights against it he cant get out of the spell. But when the sisters try to make him kill Arthur, will he go through it or will he be able to stop himself from destroying eveything hes ever sworn to protect?
I used simple editing and almost no colouring to keep it close to the real promos. (Also, if youre wondering, in the Italian DVDs the promos for next episodes are introduced by the writing The adventures of Merlin and not just Merlin like in the original version, so thats why mine is different I guess ^_^)

Merlin: I dont understand...Shes controlling me.

Yep, a video about my latest fandom again - except this one was, like, totally unplanned. I really wanted to finish some of my old/already started projects first (before the September exam session sweeps me off my feet again :/), but an adorable videochat with my little brother (whos still on holiday with our dad at the Hawaii, the little lucky pal!) steered me towards this. I adore the relationship between these two in the game and how they always look out for one another, and while playing I always feel Rodriks protectiveness towards Talia very personally since I have basically the same age gap with my brother (except hes the younger one and I am the big sis ^^).
I also used this video as an excuse to experiment a bit with some overlays I dont normally use, hopefully the result is not too bad. There are things here and there Id still modify (I always seem to find things I dislike *after* rendering, ofc -.-) but after a 10+ hour-long render (really Vegas, for 2 mins of video?) I dont have the energy xD
