Migraine triggers are often thought of as isolated events, but they’re usually much more complex than that.

In this week’s podcast, neurologist Dr Eli Safer @doctor.painkiller describes migraine triggers as drops of water filling a glass which is a really great analogy.

It is important to know your triggers and try to avoid or reduce them. Changing or low hormone levels can also trigger migraines.
