On April 6th, we celebrated the 80th birthday of Professor Kuppuswamy Anantha Padmanabhan and his distinguished contributions to science. To mark the occasion, Professor Colin Humphreys of Queen Mary University of London described the pathway for the creation of low-power transistors based on the unique electronic structure of two-dimensional materials.
