I was completely blown away when I heard this gorgeous song. As many of you know, Janet is superb song writer, beautiful singer and a very dear and talented lady, who I for one am honoured to have as a friend here.
The lyrics to this just reached my heart and soul, as all my life I too have had that 'Traveling blood' and thirst for visiting other countries, places and experiencing different cultures. I suppose i'm a roaming gypsy really:).As i get older it's still in my blood, and on my bucket list are still some far away places, i have long dreamt about visiting before I leave this mortal coil. Whether i'll make it is another matter:) In my younger life one of those dreams was Egypt, and I was lucky enough to live that dream and spent over 3 years working there..I'm around 25 years old in the photo taken by The Sphinx:)
Anyway..A big thanks to Janet for allowing me to do my own humble style with this song, and i loved every moment of singing it, although a little out of practice, as i don't have much time to perform lately:)
