The potato seedlings have gotten large enough that some of them are starting to form tubers in the plug trays. The plants are transplanted into the bottom of the furrows, and they will grow up and be hilled multiple times throughout the season.

Its a bit early to be planting potatoes, but I hope that between the depth of the furrows and having them covered with row cover at night they should have enough heat storage and frost protection.
