As PCIe speeds increase from 32 GT/s to 64 GT/s, accurate solutions that work with both speed classes make larger design margins possible. Tailored for 2022's brand-new PCIe specifications, this solution features an UXR0702A oscilloscope and the D9050PCIC compliance test software. The software validation tests provide all the necessary tools for analyzing transmitter signal quality, including jitter performance for all edge transitions in the PAM4 signal.
