We last left off with my collab with Jeff where he and I discussed our very different volumes of training, and now I’m back in part 1 of two videos cataloguing my 2.5 weeks in Europe, which also acted as a deload.
In this first video I catalogue my arrival in Spain, specifically Xativa, outside of Valencia, and how I gave a live translated lecture on bulking before WNBF Spain’s Natural Classic 2024 kicked off, which students of escuelaculturismonatural.com will have access to, my experience judging the show, and how I recorded a video lecture in Madrid for icen.es 's Master’s degree in Sports Supplementation and Ergogenic Aids. Further, the good folks at ICEN gave me a tour of the evidence-based supplement company lifepronutrition.com/en 's manufacturing facilities, for whom they act as formulators and advisors. Finally, I went to Southampton to stay with my good friend and fellow sports scientist @Dr__Pak who was so kind to host me between weekends, before I went to Italy…
