In this episode, I'm back out with Mrs. Linda as we visit a place that holds not only her ancestors, but a difficult chapter of history shaped by loss and violence. Known as the Ingram and Waller Cemetery, this small burial ground connects to the Bowden family line and preserves the lives of people whose stories never made it into history books.

As we walk the site, we locate the marked graves and begin to piece together who these individuals were. Through historic photos and research, we uncover the reality behind their lives, including the story of a troubled marriage that ended in tragedy. It's a reminder that history isn't always clean and comfortable, but it is real life from where we came.

Just as important are the graves that don't have names. Scattered throughout the site are unmarked burials, people whose identities have been lost to time, but whose presence still remains. These places deserve to be documented, remembered, and protected.
