Piano cover of the theme that plays during Johnny Joestar's backstory in the first episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run. I took the title from @Thelaziestden's video because I thought it captured the dual mood of both the tragic and victorious aspects of those scenes. I've already shared here that I'm a huge SBR fan, and I've been so excited for the anime to come out since finishing the manga several years ago. Johnny is one of my favorite fictional characters of all time, so I'm excited to see his and Gyro's story finally come to the screen. The Part 7 cast is so stacked with incredible and layered characters overall - it has most of my all-time favorites from the series!

Wooo that Part 6 announcement gave me chills! It was so exciting to see all of the characters in motion, and I loved seeing the voice actors interact with each other. And, of course, Yugo Kanno composed another fantastic theme.
This cover was a bit rough to do by ear because the song was playing in the background of the interviews. I did my best to capture what I could pick up on, so this is really the event version of the song. I will probably do a new version of this cover when the song is officially released.
This is the first time Ive recorded a cover in the span of one day, and its also the first time Ive created the audio and video in the same day. I hope you enjoy!

This one has been in the works for a while, and I am so excited to finally share it with you all! Mattia sent me his score a few months back, but I took a bit of a break from piano due to some personal issues. I am doing a lot better now, and this piece gave me the inspiration I needed to get back into the swing of things. I am so grateful to Mattia for his endless patience and positivity during this time. I am always impressed by Mattias ability to make each song he arranges into his own masterpiece, whether its through unique instrumentation or total genre-shifting. I think it is so cool that he was able to turn this classic heavy metal song into a fun waltz! I had such a blast working on this with him. My own personal introduction to this song was from playing Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 as a kid, so I liked to imagine waltzing around on a skateboard while playing this one 😅.

WOW this trailer took me by surprise. I was super excited to see that it was a new Fire Emblem game, but then I was doubly excited when it became clear that it would have ties to Three Houses! This is probably the game thats going to make me get a Switch 2 LOL.
I did my best to capture the music in the trailer behind all the dialogue and sound effects. I arranged this to be a bit slower than the original piece both out of convenience for myself and also because it sounded more natural on piano to me. I also tried my best with the score transcription, but I wasnt sure how to best organize the first few bars. Hopefully it isnt too confusing.
I dont know if this is the main theme for the game, or if its a particular battle song being used for the announcement/launch/reveal trailer, but it has been stuck in my head since the day I heard it. I was so inspired to make a piano cover version of this, and its the first arrangement I have come up with since my break from YouTube. I cant wait to hear more of this OST once the game is out!
Im really excited to meet Cai, Dietrich, Leda, and Theodora. Im also interested to see how the Nabateans and Sothis tie into this. The coliseum vibe is very interesting.
