I chose to cover this song in honor of reaching 1000 subscribers and in reflection of my past three years active on YouTube. I have so many wonderful memories over the past few years on here, and I have met so many lovely people and made so many friends since my first post back in 2021. To all of you, thank you so much for making this time so special! I can't wait to continue arranging more pieces in the future, and I hope to make you all proud. :)

I think this song has a bittersweet mood, maybe since it was often used to remember happier times in times of despair. But it really makes me think of all of the good times and people that have touched our lives over the years. Even if they are no longer with us, we still have the memories.

When I listen to this song, I think of the night sky. So I chose to record some in-game videos of some of my favorite places to see the sky in Xenoblade. The locations are Colony 9, Gaur Plain, Makna Forest, Fallen Arm, and Eryth Sea. Fun trivia: for the Colony 9 shot, I took it from near the bench that Shulk and Fiora sit on during the sandwich scene from the beginning of the game. I think this song suits the two of them very well, too.
