Piano arrangement of "Cauldros" (96-:rip), the theme for the continent of the same name in Xenoblade Chronicles X on the Wii U (and soon the Definitive Edition on Nintendo Switch!). This arrangement is specifically the day version of the theme. Original theme by Hiroyuki Sawano. Piano arrangement and performance by KMADS Music.
Cauldros is one of the continents of Mira. It is a massive volcanic wasteland full of ancient ruins and mining infrastructure. It is definitely the most difficult area in the game. I remember running to explore all of the continents when I first started this game, and I stealthed my way through Sylvalum and Cauldros out of curiosity. Wow, did I get destroyed here hahah. But it was fun to come back and stomp on all the pesky enemies once I got my Skell license :). I do wish the other Xenoblade games had lava areas - it feels so intense in Cauldros!
The actual track title is “96-:rip". I don't really know what Sawano meant with this one. I do appreciate that each of the continent themes have their own Sawano bass drop, this one included. I hope you all enjoy the piano version of this theme even though it lacks the bass boost and distortion of the original. For this video, I really had to dig into multiple trailers to get enough footage. I wish I had the game already so I could record my own stuff!
The Japanese name of this continent is "黒鋼の大陸" (Kurogane no Tairiku, literally "Land of Black Steel"). I think that is such a cool name, and it's very apt for this area.

![Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Trailer Theme [FULL] - Piano Cover
Piano arrangement of the announcement trailer theme and main theme for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 on the Nintendo Switch from the February 9th Nintendo Direct. Sheets for the ending part starting at 1:27: MuseScore: https://musescore.com/user/7193021/scores/7665140?share=copy_link
Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12dqHlKcfuj7uuoTVngpLfhjT1hjEFJer/view?usp=sharing
Please credit me if you use the sheets for your own recordings :)
I might make sheet music for the full arrangement in the future, but Im new to the software, so it will take me some time to crank it out.
Monoliftsoft does it again. I can’t wait to learn more about Noah, Mio, Lanz, Eunie, Taion, and Sena. I also can’t wait to learn how this connects the worlds of Xenoblade 1 and 2 since there are many hints to both games throughout (like the Mechonis Sword and Gormott). Also… possible Melia and Nia comebacks???
I can’t wait to hear more music from this game - the flutes are so beautiful and I’m interested in how they tie in to the story. Im assuming this is the main theme - I love it so far.

![Where We Belong [Ending Theme] - Xenoblade Chronicles 3 - Piano Cover (+Lyrics)
Piano arrangement of “Where We Belong”, the ending theme from Xenoblade Chronicles 3 on the Nintendo Switch. Original song composed by Yasunori Mitsuda and sung by the fantastic Sara Weeda; lyrics by Tetsuya Takahashi and translated to English by Lisa Gomamoto. Cover arranged and performed by KMADS Music.
This song manages to be both hopeful and wistful at the same time, which is perfect for the ending. Sara Weeda’s vocals are absolutely beautiful on this track, and every time I listen to it, the emotions come rushing back to me.

*XENOBLADE 3 ENDING SPOILERS*
I like to think that Noah, Mio, Lanz, Sena, Eunie, and Taion all find each other again one day, but I’m glad they kept it open-ended and bittersweet. Thank you, Monoliftsoft, for another fantastic experience.

Lyrics:
I assumed our time was forever
Naturally seemed forever
Those happy days we spent together
Cause you were always beside me
Then suddenly I realised
These happy days wont ever last
Out of all the souls we greet, in fact,
How we met was a miracle
I see you peacefully
Youre in your dreams
Everything seems calm and free, I know
If we want this warmth to last forever again
Lets go back to that moment of day
As time goes by and we all change
And not just us, the world keeps changing
But little did I know that this was coming
Cause you were there always smiling
I wonder how youll be in the future
I wouldnt know, its hard to figure
But by accepting this feeling inside
Well eventually create a miracle
I see you smiling there so peacefully
And cheerfully I see you talk at me
These happy days must carry on
So once again, lets go back to that day to where we held
Hand in hand
I see you peacefully
Youre in your dreams
Everything seems calm and free, I know
If we want this warmth to last forever again
Lets go back to that moment of day
I see you smiling there so peacefully
And cheerfully talking at me
These happy days must carry on
So once again, lets go back to the start
This goodbye is not the end
I know until we meet again
Our feelings will remain the same
Together as one, til we find ourselves again Where We Belong [Ending Theme] - Xenoblade Chronicles 3 - Piano Cover (+Lyrics)](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/o3VJyrGVe30/mqdefault.jpg)
