Hi guys and girls I pretty much covered it all in the video, if you are a bit handy you can do this mod pretty easily, it took me around 40 mins from start to finish but some of that was messing around because I was filming.

This Toby is for my Dad and he has been very patient while i got it all sorted out (I bought it on ebay and it got lost in the mail and replaced). I'm sure it will have many night time adventures on my dads "tomy land" layout, Check out his channel! its in my featured channels.

The bulbs are available on ebay in packs of 50 in 1.5 volt or 3 volt and they are commonly called "grain of rice bulbs" or "grain of wheat bulbs". you could also use an led light but I have trouble with resistors etc plus it would not suit these steam type trains as they are too bright (for me anyway)

The soldering is a pain for me but i was never really very good at that but it may be easier for someone who can actually solder haha. I definitely need a new soldering iron in the near future.
