Figure Note:
Stop-Motion Transformation of ToysEasy YW-2412 Tiger I Tank. My new favorite tankbot. What a great transformation design. Is this my favorite figure of 2024? Probably. I thought it would go nicely with the older ToyWorld WWI/WWII figures, but those figures are actually a substantially smaller scale. The alt mode is a German WWII Tiger I tank. Although the wheels seem to be in their transport configuration - there were extra wheels that would be removed for transport to make the tank a bit narrower. In a lot of pictures you see these extra wheels and those photos look different from this tank for that reason.

Tank to Robot: 0:09
Robot to Tank: 1:22
Speed run to Robot: 2:35
Speed run to Tank: 3:00
2x Run: 3:25
End credits: 3:50
Production Note: Nothing to report.
Viewing Note:
If you want to follow along, I recommend skipping to the speed run and using your , and . keyboard keys to advance by single frames. Every step of the transformation is documented in the frames of the video, in what I consider to be the best sequence. With minimal rubbing and minimal parts-parking.
