Take a tour of Davien’s single bedroom in Kenilworth Square Apartments, one of four housing options at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. To be eligible to live in Kenilworth Square, students must either be graduate students or, if they’re doing an undergraduate program, must be at least 21 years old or have at least junior status.
Kenilworth Square is located about 10 minutes south of campus on the corner of N. Farwell Avenue and E. Kenilworth Place. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, coffee shops, an independent movie theater, bank, public library and a grocery store within a two- to five-minute walk. Building amenities include garage parking, a fitness center, on-site laundry, 24/7 security and more.
Davien’s single bedroom is one of many floor plans in Kenilworth, which includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. All apartments include a full kitchen and sitting area. There are a handful of upgraded Kenilworth apartments that also have in-unit laundry. (Standard Kenilworth apartments have access to shared laundry.)
