Victor grew up surrounded by engineers and knew he wanted to carry that legacy forward. At UWM, he found more than just a path into mechanical engineering. Through his internship at Eaton Corp. and participation in the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, he uncovered his own potential as a leader. Now, as he enters Eaton’s Early Talent Development Program, Victor is excited to stay connected to UWM as an alum.
