All in all this first set of Last Words isn't too bad. It's definitely not like the absolute crusher Last Words that some other games have been, but honestly is more in line with the Last Words I did for Ephemeral Unnatural Balance a little while ago. These spells are tricky, and naturally harder than what the boss themselves pulled off. But all in all while they're a little non-directional, they're not too difficult here.
