Yoshi's not too difficult here, it's honestly a short boss fight as well. Which is fitting because rather than your usual fare, this was designed as a Stage 3 boss. He's got some tricky attacks near the end when stuff starts ricocheting around the field. But aside from that, soon as you learn what you're getting into, he goes down pretty easily.
